I pulled in to Boulder in 1969 in a Volkswagen bus on my way to California. Now, 40 years later, and still here, I continue to enjoy this amazing and inspiring community. Since I obtained my real estate license in 1986 I have been among the top producing agents in Boulder, currently among the top 1/2 of 1% of real estate agents nationwide.

You see, I wasn’t always a Realtor.  I started out with hammer in hand and for nearly 20 years operated a construction company with a partner here in Boulder.  From 1970 to 1987 we built dozens of projects including high end residences, remodels, and commercial spaces. I am a strong advocate of renewable energy resources. I owned and operated the first solar energy company in Boulder.  We designed, and installed solar systems and provided energy consulting well in front of the most recent trends. I am a member and supporter of the Boulder Green Builders Guild (BGBG) and can provide you with practical advice on home energy saving products and practices.    
 
Boulder and its surrounding communities are prime locations and people want to live here when they move to Front Range Colorado.
